1.1. To supervise, manage and control the work of the Polytechnic College;
1.2. To establish working relationships with other institutions on behalf of the institution
1.3. To sign working contracts with other institutions on behalf of the institution
1.4. To examine, approve and sign working relationships brought by various leaders of the institution
1.5. To represent the institution at various forums and to do work that allows and promotes the institutional image
1.6. To provide work direction to the three sectoral deans and the work units directly responsible to the dean
1.7. To delegate and work on tasks that are deemed necessary
